Teradata’s Sub-Processors

In delivering Services to you, Teradata may use Teradata Group Entities and certain third-parties (collectively “Sub-processors”) to Process Customer Personal Data. These potential Sub-Processors are listed on this Site. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement between you and Teradata, you provide Teradata with a general authorization to engage the Sub-processors below, as may be amended from time to time and agree to the process below.

Subscribing to Sub-Processor Updates

You may subscribe on behalf of a Teradata Customer to receive updates about this page and Teradata’s Sub-Processors by providing an email address to receive such updates and the name of the legal entity for which you have the necessary rights to subscribe.

Objecting to Sub-Processors

If you subscribe to Sub-Processor Updates, you will receive a notification at least thirty (30) days prior to a new Sub-Processor being allowed to Process Customer Personal Data (the “Objection Period”).  During this Objection Period, you must submit any objections to the new Sub-processor in writing, or as otherwise set out in the Agreement.  Where you fail to object to such addition within the Objection Period, you will be deemed to have consented to such addition.

A. TERADATA GROUP ENTITIES

These Teradata Group Entities may be used for providing technical and support services or to provide, manage, and maintain the Services.  Transfers between Teradata Group Entities are governed by SCCs. 

B. THIRD PARTY SUB-PROCESSORS

Cloud services will be performed by one or more of the following sub-processors:  

Amazon Web Services Inc., 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle WA 98109, United States,
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA,
Google, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA  94043, USA, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House,
Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland and their affiliates
